NKISP provides a multi-faceted approach to meeting the needs of the whole child, including researched-based curriculum and trainings.

We want to work with your school.

The NKISP does not take a one-size-fits-all approach. We like to hear what is going on in a school and then find the appropriate strategy to address it.

We offer a wide variety of programs and services and can tailor our approach to meet your school or community needs.

The NKISP holds events and community activities to integrate, collaborate, and learn about prevention. We share ways to create safe, sober social spaces where communities who want to remain free of substance misuse can gather for socialization and mutual support.

Examples include: our annual summit and supports for school and community events (Red Ribbon Week, Back to School, Parent Education Nights, Health and Education Fairs, Block Parties, etc.).

We present to school personnel and students, as well community groups, such as coalitions.

We are available to deliver interactive, informative, energetic presentations on:

-Substance misuse prevention e-cigarettes

-Mental health

-Social-emotional education

-Trauma-informed care

-Positive youth development
